All of our products are constructed professionally one at a time in our studio with the highest quality textiles and materials.

Payment

• We accept Paypal for all purchases. (Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments. PayPal accepts major credit cards).
• We will send the item to the PayPal listed shipping address. If you would like to ship to another address, please email us your PayPal order number along with your new shipping address to us, thank you.
• If you are located in Hong Kong, you can make a payment via Local-Bank transfer, please contact us for details.
• Full payment (Items costs and shipping costs) due at time of order.

Shipping

• Our products are shipped from Hong Kong. We will ship within the production time listed.
• All International shipping includes a tracking number.
• International orders will take around 8-16 business days to arrive to US and around 12-21 business weeks to Europe.
• We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are not responsible for customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

• All our products are custom made to order just for you. We do not accept returns at this time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your comments/questions that you may have, and we will happily review your request! Our goal is to make sure you are thrilled with your experience at clothsw.
